Hi everyone, I disappeared some time ago because real life had become difficult, I'm back, wiser, stronger, more knowledgeable and better able to trust my own judgement over all things ASD related and particularly EHCP related.

I just wish that the LA would stop playing games and abide by the law. How hard is that? Is it really too much to expect? (Perhaps that should be the title of a new thread)

@ caci, hiya.
Damn and blast, my shiny new emoticons don't seem to work here. It was meant to be a wave.

Hi, welcome back.  Your post made me laugh, I know only too well how hard it is to get the LA t abide by the law, very nearly impossible!  we have had some success in getting them to finally do some things right on the umpteenth attempt, but they are cunning and find new ways to disregard the law.

Hi ip, your right it is very nearly impossible, even when they agree to do something (and then don't do it) it never turns out as one would expect it to (lookout for the explanation of this in my next thread).
I really need to proof read before hitting the post button! your = you're.
