Me: pork and dumpling stew
Moo: tomato soup and dippy bread.

I've also just made myself a loaf of bread from a packet. Granary loaf. It's just sitting in the hob rising at the moment...

I'll be buying a chicken at our local farmers' market this morning and, rather than roasting it Mr. BK has requested "something in a winey, creamy sauce". Any ideas folks?

Stuff chicket fillets with boursin and then cover them with a tin of Campbell's condensed soup. Drink the wine.

Takes 5 minutes to prepare, and you can pretend it took a couple of hours.

M&S do a new range which is on offer of 'Bespoke Sauces'....I have purchased a creamy mushroom sauce from them :) Add that to the crocpot with the chicken and a small glug of wine and drink the rest....it WILL take 5 hours to cook, but you don't have to do anything but drink :whistle

Had planned smoked haddock with butter, some greens and olive bread, but Blokey has just asked if he can take me and Chick out for dinner for standing me up yesterday......think I might be poaching fish though :angel
